The North Bristol Arts Trail returns later this month. The trail, which has taken place every year since 2001, runs from November 23-24 this year, and stretches over Redland, Bishopston, Henleaze, St Andrews, Ashley and Horfield.

It sees the area’s community of local artists invite people into their homes, studios, and four public venues. Some 110 artists and makers will be taking part for 2024, with 50 destinations on the map to visit in total.

Along the trail, you’ll be able to explore paintings, original prints, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, glassware and more, all offered with a ‘warm welcome’ including refreshments and facilities along your route. New for 2024 will be the ‘Art Collectors Trail‘ encouraging you to visit a mix of small and multi-artist venues, with the chance to win one of 28 original artworks donated by artists – you can pick up a free entry card at any venue.

All venues for the 2024 North Bristol Arts Trail will be open between the hours of 10am-5pm on both days. The trail is completely free to embark on, though there will be works for sale along your route, with artists choosing to donate a percentage of their profit to a wide variety of charities.

What’s more, if you can’t make the trail in person, or simply wish to explore more work by many of the artists participating in this year’s North Bristol Arts Trail, you can view a range of virtual galleries. Each gallery contains a mix of styles and techniques, making for a fun exploration of new and exciting art from artists on your doorstep.

You can view the trail of every venue on the official map here, or head to the Venue listing page to explore the trail in more detail.
