Police have listed this as things not to do on Hwy. 401.
That includes not racing past a police cruiser while allegedly being under the influence of alcohol.
On Saturday morning, the OPP’s Highway Safety Division posted on social media about how a 20-year-old Brampton man allegedly sped past a “fully marked” Mississauga OPP police car on the 401 while under the influence.
Police said the man is facing charges for speeding and impaired operation of a vehicle.
A photo of the man’s BMW on a flatbed tow truck was also posted.
The driver’s license has been suspended for 90 days and the BMW has been impounded for two weeks.
