A New York City surgeon allegedly turned a model into a “sex slave” and tortured her for months, according to a new lawsuit.

Dr. Ammar Mahmoud, 40, allegedly beat ex-girlfriend Maya Willow Sias so severely that he shattered an eye socket, the $10-million suit filed Tuesday said.

In one instance, Mahmoud allegedly tried to cover up a black eye he had given the 25-year-old by injecting the swollen area with filler without anesthesia, according to the New York Post.

“He stabbed me in the face with a needle, I could feel the needle scratching against the bone,” Sias told the publication.

Photos of Sias’ bruises and other injuries were included in the model and singer’s 16-page civil complaint.

“There is no ‘she said’ here,” her attorney Larry Hutcher told the Post, alleging that, “He literally made her into a sex slave.”

The two met in April 2023 and eventually embarked on a relationship with the surgeon love-bombing the model with extravagant gifts and trips before moving her into his apartment.

But Mahmoud’s dark side allegedly soon emerged.

“Almost nightly, Dr. Mahmoud would (allegedly) abuse drugs and alcohol, and force himself upon Willow at all hours of the night, irrespective of whether Willow consented to the sexual acts, or was even conscious,” the lawsuit said.

One night in June 2023, Sias confronted Mahmoud after waking up and finding him allegedly partying with three sex workers in the apartment.

“After the women left, Dr. Mahmoud (allegedly) violently hurled Willow to the ground, mercilessly punched her face and body, and smothered her face with a pillow, causing her to lose consciousness,” the suit said.

“I thought I was going to die,” Sias told the Post.

Sias suffered a shattered orbital bone, her eye was swollen shut and her body and face were covered in blood and bruises, according to the lawsuit.

Mahmoud apologized, but Sias was allegedly forced to stay inside his apartment so no one could see her injuries.

As the swelling and bruising subsided, Mahmoud allegedly took her to his clinic to treat her shattered eye socket — injecting fillers into the model’s eye area without anesthesia, an act of “calculated cruelty,” the lawsuit said.

“Willow was left physically and mentally traumatized by the torturous experience,” the suit alleged.

Mahmoud’s alleged sexual abuse escalated and Sias was forced to “participate in non-consensual sexual activities with strangers, sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious, and physically restraining and threatening her,” according to the suit.

“Specifically, Dr. Mahmoud (allegedly) forced Willow to participate in threesomes with prostitutes, even though she expressly told him ‘no,’” the lawsuit said.

Mahmoud “unequivocally” denied Sias’ accusations, telling the Post they were not reflective of his character.

Sias escaped Mahmoud’s clutches after going to California for a job and never returning.

The lawsuit accused Mahmoud of violating the city’s victims of gender-motivated violence protection act, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence and alleged Sias’ career has suffered due to emotional and physical injuries inflicted by the surgeon.

Sias told the Post that she stayed with Mahmoud out of pure fear.

“I was scared that he was going to retaliate and kill me,” she said.
