A tip on the edge of Bristol is set to be closed for five weeks from next week. The Mangotsfield Sort It Centre will be closed for up to five weeks from Monday (October 21) for essential repairs and maintenance work.
The site in Carsons Road is expected to reopen to the public by Monday, November 25. South Gloucestershire Council has said that residents with registered vehicles can use any of the other three Sort It centres across the South Gloucestershire area during this time.
The other Sort It Centres are located in Station Road in Little Stoke, Short Way in Thornbury and Collet Way in Yate. However opening times and recycling options vary from site to site so check ahead of time.
