TENNESSEE TITANS (1-4) at BUFFALO BILLS (4-2)

LINE: Buffalo by 9.5

The Titans’ defence has looked quite good this season, but Josh Allen is going to be very anxious to play with his new toy, Amari Cooper. Will Levis, who missed Calvin Ridley on all eight targets last week, won’t be able to keep up.

TAKING: BUFFALO -9.5

Bills 24, Titans 10

HOUSTON TEXANS (5-1) at GREEN BAY PACKERS (4-2)

LINE: Green Bay by 2.5

The Patriots couldn’t, but the Packers have a stout defence that will take care of the Nico Collins-less Houston attack, while Jordan Love will continue on a pace that has seen him throw 10 TD passes in his past three games.

TAKING: GREEN BAY -2.5

Packers 27, Texans 23

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS (2-4) at LOS ANGELES RAMS (1-4)

LINE: Los Angeles by 6.5

Without Davante Adams (traded) and Jakobi Meyers (injured), who is going to catch the ball for the (almost) quarterback-less Raiders? With Alexander Mattison and Zamir White, they don’t have much of a running game either. Looks like Vegas could also be without Maxx Crosby, while Cooper Kupp is trending on a return for the Rams.

TAKING: LOS ANGELES -6.5

Rams 24, Raiders 14

AND THE REST …

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (1-5) vs. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (1-5) in London

LINE: Jacksonville by 5.5

As we predicted, the Jaguars were embarrassed by the Bears in England last week, but because they stayed put, their body clocks are officially and completely adjusted. With their leadership now coming under question and coach Doug Pederson presumably hanging on to his job by a thread, expect a better showing against the NFL’s worst team, which will be hoping Drake Maye is better in his second start than he was in his first.

TAKING: JACKSONVILLE -5.5

Jaguars 20, Patriots 14

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (3-3) at ATLANTA FALCONS (4-2)

LINE: Atlanta by 3

The Falcons have won three in a row and the Seahawks have lost three straight. The trends will continue partly because the Falcons run the ball so well — Tyler Allgeier and Bijan Robinson combined for 200 ground yards and three TDs last week — and the Seahawks have allowed an average of 173 rushing yards per game since Week 4.

TAKING: ATLANTA -3

Falcons 28, Seahawks 23

CINCINNATI BENGALS (2-4) at CLEVELAND BROWNS (1-5)

LINE: Cincinnati by 5.5

Joe Burrow is 1-5 versus the Browns and has lost all four of his starts in Cleveland by a combined score of 112-62 — and Myles Garrett can remind him of that when he’s in Burrow’s face all day. The Browns had both starting tackles in the lineup for the first time this season in last week’s 20-16 loss in Philly and Deshaun Watson will have even more time to work against the Bengals with Nick Chubb returning to play his first game since last season’s ugly knee injury.

TAKING: CLEVELAND +5.5

Bengals 23, Browns 20

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (3-2) at NEW YORK GIANTS (2-4)

LINE: Philadelphia by 3

It’s tempting to jump on the Saquon Barkley storyline, but the Eagles haven’t scored more than 21 points since Week 1, Jalen Hurts is 7-15 ATS as a road favourite, the Giants defence is playing well, Malik Nabers is back and the New York fans will be chirping Nick Sirianni so much he won’t be able to hear himself think.

TAKING: NEW YORK +3

Giants 21, Eagles 20

DETROIT LIONS (4-1) at MINNESOTA VIKINGS (5-0)

LINE: Minnesota by 1.5

The loss of Aidan Hutchinson is devastating for the Lions, but the Vikings will likely be without exceptional LB Blake Cashman and quite possibly RB Aaron Jones. Detroit coming off a 38-point thrashing of Dallas is more appealing than the unbeaten Vikings coming off a bye.

TAKING: DETROIT +1.5

Lions 33, Vikings 30

MIAMI DOLPHINS (2-3) at INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (3-3)

LINE: Indianapolis by 3.5

Tyler ‘Snoop’ Huntley is not a horrible QB, but even if he was, the Fish will do its damage by handing the ball to Jaylen Wright, Raheem Mostert and De’Von Achane against the 31st-ranked Colts run defence

TAKING: MIAMI +3.5

Dolphins 21, Colts 17

CAROLINA PANTHERS (1-5) at WASHINGTON COMMANDERS (4-2)

LINE: Washington by 8

This line looks way too high until you consider how bad the Panthers defence is and the fact Jayden Daniels is going to be out for blood after losing to the Ravens last week.

TAKING: WASHINGTON -8

Commanders 27, Panthers 17

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (5-0) at SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (3-3)

LINE: San Francisco by 1.5

The defending champs are an undefeated dog in this Super Bowl rematch? Interesting. The Niners have all the motivation, but the Chiefs are well rested, Andy Reid is 21-4 SU off a bye and Patrick Mahomes is 12-1-1 ATS when getting points.

TAKING: KANSAS CITY +1.5

Chiefs 21, Niners 20

NEW YORK JETS (2-4) at PITTSBURGH STEELERS (4-2)

LINE: New York by 2.5

I’d like the Steelers if Justin Fields and not Russell Wilson was the quarterback, and if Adams was still a Raider and not a Jet. And if the Jets didn’t need it so much more. All of Aaron Rodgers’ roster moves have to start paying off some time, right?

TAKING: NEW YORK -2.5

Jets 17, Steelers 13

BALTIMORE RAVENS (4-2) at TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (4-2)

LINE: Baltimore by 3.5

Led by the ageless Derrick Henry (oh, and Lamar Jackson), the Ravens are on fire. But come on, the Bucs ain’t chicken liver. They just scored 51 against the Saints and they haven’t put fewer than 30 points on the board in three weeks. As a home dog of more than a field goal, they’re very appealing.

TAKING: TAMPA BAY +3.5

Ravens 24, Bucs 21

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (3-2) at ARIZONA CARDINALS (2-4)

LINE: Arizona by 2.5

Tough one to call with the uncertain status of Marvin Harrison Jr., who is in concussion protocol but saw limited action in practice Thursday. Leaning towards the ‘dog because J.K. Dobbins is better than anyone rushing the ball for the Cards and I have more trust in Justin Herbert, even if he is hobbled, than in Kyler Murray against a strong Chargers defence.

TAKING: LOS ANGELES +2.5

Chargers 22, Cardinals 20
