Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis could be set for an “exciting adventure” after a “tough year”, a royal commentator has claimed.
After welcoming their puppy Orla into the family in 2021, Prince William revealed the family could welcome new puppies into their home after a “tough year” with Princess Kate’s cancer battle.
Whilst attending the reopening of Birtley Community Pool earlier this month, William told a royal fan that the spaniel may welcome some puppies at some point, but pointed out it “takes a while”.
Speaking on the Kinsey Scofield Unfiltered podcast, Scofield said the addition would likely be a “welcomed distraction” after a “tough year” for the family of five.

Orla was featured in Princess Charlotte’s eighth birthday pictures in 2023.
The dog also appeared in a recent video of the family, shot by Will Warr, in which Kate revealed she had finished her chemotherapy treatment.
The Prince and Princess of Wales previously had a dog named Lupo, whom they sadly lost at the end of 2020.
Orla was gifted to them in January 2021 by Princess Kate’s brother James, who is known for breeding spaniels.

According to Scofield, Orla is “deeply adored” by Kate, William and their three children.
The dog is also related to Ella, James Middleton’s beloved dog who died last year.
The 37-year-old recently released a memoir named after his late pet, titled “Meet Ella: The Dog Who Saved My Life”.
Speaking of dogs, Scofield claimed George, Charlotte and Louis would be very excited if they were to welcome a new puppy.

She said: “I’m obviously a dog person, I have four [and] they’re all sleeping around me right now.
“But for little kids, what an exciting adventure and kind of, the coolest thing ever to see.”
Scofield was joined on the episode by expert Rupert Bell, who claimed puppies have a “therapeutic effect” on families.
