Former One Direction star Liam Payne has died aged 31 after reportedly falling from a hotel.
The pop sensation was on holiday in Buenos Aires with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy when he tragically fell from the third floor of a hotel. Liam, who shot to fame in 2011 as part of the globally successful band after being put together by Simon Cowell on The X Factor, alongside Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan.
It’s been reported that Liam fell from the third floor of a hotel building in the Argentinian capital. Emergency services including police, firefighters and ambulances were spotted outside the hotel following the tragic incident.
Social media has been flooded with tributes for the ‘Strip That Down’ singer. It’s been reported that police were called to the hotel due to reports of a man behaving aggressively, possibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
A body was discovered in an internal patio of the hotel.
