Iconic English rockers Elbow has been announced to play a woodland gig just over half-an-hour from Bristol next summer. The band is the latest act announced to perform as part of Forest Live at Westonbirt, the summer concert series presented by Forestry England.

Having climbed back to the top of the charts with their fourth UK Number One album ‘AUDIO VERTIGO’ and a successful arena tour earlier this year, Elbow is set to take centre stage amidst the scenic beauty of the Westonbirt Arboretum June 19, 2025.

Elbow’s lead singer Guy Garvey spoke about their much-anticipated participation in Forest Live 2025. He said: “We are returning to venues we’ve really loved for summer ’25 and also visiting some towns and cities that we haven’t been to for a while. There’s nothing like settling in for the evening with old friends.”

Fans eager to catch an unforgettable performance can snag tickets from 10am on Friday (October 18). The evening at Westonbirt will also include performances by The Coral, the Merseyside indie-rock legion, and Billie Marten.

The Coral, a revered band that emerged in the early 2000s and won the Mercury Prize, have carved out a unique indie-rock style that blends psychedelia, dub reggae, and country. With twelve studio albums, eighteen singles, and four EPs to their name, the band released their latest work, ‘Sea of Mirrors’, in 2023.

Billie Marten, a singer-songwriter inspired by artists such as Nick Drake, Damien Rice, Joni Mitchell, and Kate Bush, is renowned for her refined and gentle indie-folk sound. Each of her four full-length LPs has received critical acclaim, and she has previously supported Ben Howard and performed at London’s iconic Barbican Centre.
