A plot of land on the outskirts of Bristol, roughly half an acre in size, will go on sale at an auction next week at an estimated price of just £25,000. The plot of land, located in Wraxall on Bristol Road, has an estimated guide price of between £25,000 and £50,000.

The plot of land itself is a former quarry which used to be part of the Wraxall Estate. The quarry has been filled in and has been described as offering a “wide range of opportunities” for the buyer.

The land is located approximately six miles west of Bristol and is located behind a bus stop. The bus stop currently services the B1, X7 and X9 routes heading towards Bristol.

The plot of land overlooks the B3130 and used to form part of the Wraxall Estate.

The entrance to the site is located on the B3130 and the listing advises care to those viewing the site. The land is located next to the Wraxall Village Club.
