Primark customers could save significantly by swapping their favourite high-end beauty products for the store’s more affordable range. With items starting from just £1, shopping at Primark could significantly reduce your beauty bill.
One shopper has been so impressed with some of Primark’s latest beauty offerings that they’ve decided to share their secret. TikTok user @Shannon_mitch revealed her ‘new favourite’ beauty essential is Primark’s ‘Pro Hydration Cream’.
Many customers have labelled the cream as a budget-friendly alternative to Charlotte Tilbury’s award-winning ‘Magic Cream’, claiming it’s ‘just as good’. The designer brand’s 50ml pot is priced at £79, meaning Primark fans can save £73 by opting for the high-street store’s version, reports the Mirror.
Primark’s Pro Hydration Cream is described as “an important step in your skincare routine”. According to Primark, its silky texture is “designed to absorb easily into the skin” and it also offers SPF 15 for added daytime protection.
In her video, which has gained over 133,000 views, Shannon wrote: “Primark has done it again”. She added: “This hydration cream is just a dream!”
As she applied it to her skin, Shannon commented that it “feels like a luxe quality product” and was amazed that the “little tub of magic” had such an affordable price tag. She predicted that it will soon go viral and said she plans to stock up.
Several users praised the cream for giving them “glowing skin”. Others appreciated how easily makeup applied on top of it.
One user said: “Ooh I’ve never tried Primark for beauty products. Going to give this a go.” Another fan claimed: “I love this as well. Always feel so smooth and soft afterwards!”
A TikTok user (@beautyglowgirl) also reviewed the product, noting it wasn’t identical to a similar product but worked “lovely under makeup” and left their skin feeling “ultra hydrated”.
Those interested in purchasing the cream can use Primark’s website to check stock availability in their local store by entering their postcode. However, small items like this are typically not available for Click and Collect, so shoppers will need to visit the store in person to pick one up
Primark fans can also save money by swapping their designer perfumes for some high street versions. Starting at £3 for a 20ml bottle, shoppers could pick up more affordable sprays that others have compared to Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl, Baccarat Rouge and YSL’s Libre.
