A woman was rushed to hospital after a three-car crash on Filton Avenue this morning (Tuesday, October 8). Emergency services were called to the scene at around 10.30am.
The crash took place between Toronto Road and Dorchester Road. Filton Avenue was closed in one direction before reopening by 12.30pm.
Investigating police officers are now appealing for information on the crash. They are urging witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
Avon and Somerset Police said: “A woman has gone to hospital following a three-car collision on Filton Avenue, Bristol, just before 10.30am today, Tuesday 8 October.
“It happened between Filton Avenue’s junctions with Toronto Road and Dorchester Road and the road was blocked in one direction. It reopened by 12.30pm.
