A Brazilian man who underwent surgery to enlarge his penis is opening up about the life-changing procedure.

Ale Siewert took to social media to brag about the results.

“What was big got bigger,” the 7-foot man wrote, according to the Daily Mail.

“After two days of the procedure, the effects are already visible.

“It not only got bigger, but also thicker.”

The 33-year-old fitness trainer and former volleyball player likened it to a “plastic bottle” and admitted, “I can’t close my hand around it.”

Siewert also shared footage of his appointment with the man responsible for the member makeover, Dr. Vitor Mello, who did what is dubbed the “overpants” procedure.

Done in just 40 minutes, the doctor enhances the patient’s penis by injecting body fat or special fillers to increase its size, according to the Mail.

“It is an esthetic procedure that increases the diameter and length of the male sexual organ in a safe, comfortable and non-surgical way,” the doctor’s website says.

“Developed by Dr. Vitor Mello, this revolutionary technique has already transformed the lives of thousands of men, offering impressive and natural results.”

The doc wrote in a pinned Instagram post from last year that “there was little talk here in Brazil about intimate esthetics” and he was among the first to “raise this innovative flag of care for men and women.”

Mello noted that he registered his technique for “male intimate harmonization” and “overpants is the result of years of work, study and dedication to bring” patients a safe treatment that he said has changed the lives of many men around the world.

His Instagram account also shows before and after pics, complete with a measuring tape.

And it appears Siewert couldn’t be happier with the results, as he shows off his body on his Instagram page.
