Princess Kate is being poised for a “return to familiar choices” ahead of her anticipated outing, a fashion expert has claimed.
GB News understands the Princess of Wales is hoping to attend the Remembrance Sunday ceremony in November, health permitting.
Kate, who recently confirmed she had completed her course of chemotherapy, said she is hoping to attend some engagements in the upcoming months.
Two new photographs of the mother-of-three were released to the public earlier this week, showing the royal meeting a young cancer survivor at Windsor Castle.
Rachel Thomson, the Managing Director at Humes Outfitters, spoke exclusively to GB News, explaining what Kate will likely wear as she prepares to return to public life.
She said: “It is hoped that Catherine, Princess of Wales, will be well enough to attend both the Remembrance Sunday ceremony in November and the Royal Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey the following month.
“With these events taking place in autumn and winter, it’s likely we’ll see her return to some of her favourite outerwear brands.
“One of her favourite British labels is Holland Cooper. In 2023, Catherine was spotted in their suits, trousers, and coats on numerous occasions, including a pinstripe suit for an event in Cardiff last autumn.

“At last year’s Royal Carol Concert, she paired beautifully tailored ivory trousers from Holland Cooper with a long white overcoat and gold accessories, a look that embodied the designer’s blend of classic and contemporary.
“Given her affinity for this style, it’s highly probable she’ll turn to Holland Cooper again later this year.”
Thomson explained how Princess Kate’s style has “evolved” in recent years.
She added: “Catherine’s evolving style has also leaned more toward tailored suits over dresses at formal events.

“This trend, seen throughout 2023, is likely to continue into the autumn and winter of 2024/2025, reflecting her preference for classic shapes and cuts with a nod to British heritage.
“Another staple in her winter wardrobe is the iconic Barbour jacket. One of her go-to pieces is the Winter Defence Wax Cotton Jacket in olive green, a favourite she’s worn several times since 2012.
“It’s a testament to the timeless style and enduring quality of Barbour outerwear.”
