Dick Strawbridge and Angel Adoree have shared a major update with fans as they prepare for a huge change.
The Escape to the Chateau stars may not be on screens in the Channel 4 show anymore, but they still have a loyal following of fans who are eager to catch up on their every move.
The duo have now packed their bags and have temporarily left the Château de la Motte Husson in France as they head back to the UK for their highly-anticipated Forever Home tour.
Fans have been excited about the tour for a while, and the wait is now over. Taking to Instagram this week, the pair expressed their excitement as they penned: “It’s happening!!! Our incredible tour team has arrived at the Chateau!
“1 tour manager…1 tech! 1 empty van and a lot of excitement! It’s nearly showtime! See you very soon!” (sic)
Followers flocked to the comment section to share in the excitement, and many also issued a desperate plea for them to make a TV return.

One penned: “I want you back on tv. I love your shows!” while a second echoed: “i miss your tv show!”
“The kids have grown up so much !!! We’ll miss your show in France when it will be over,” another shared.

“Your lovely tv programme with your lovely family was a positive focus for us during lockdown. Thank you,” another remarked. (sic)
The couple, along with children Arthur, 12, and Dorothy, 10, will be in the UK for the whole of October and November as they travel across the nation for shows in various cities.
The website describes how those attending will see the family relaying “untold stories and laughs” in the interactive show.
While the couple are delighted to have their children by their side for the tour, Adoree recently reflected on her “anxiety” surrounding the situation.
She explained: “If you’re going to do a tour, you have to do it properly. The best bit is it’s just like a family outing,” she told Devon Live.

Strawbridge, 65, continued: “Arthur starts senior school and his headmaster said, ‘Yep, great, Arthur can come with us for the whole tour’. The primary schools have always been very supportive, and the headmistress there.”
Adoree responded: “Yeah, they love it. They encourage it to a degree because there’s so much knowledge that the children pick up – history, geography, just socially.
“But we were a bit anxious, especially me,” with Strawbridge adding: “The idea of Arthur not being with us for all of the tour is pretty rough.”
The duo have in the past faced criticism regarding their lifestyle and the impact on their children.
