Tyson Fury has claimed he’s ‘past the point of really caring’ about his defeat to Oleksandr Usyk as he prepares for their blockbuster rematch at the end of the year.
The Gypsy King lost to the Ukrainian via split decision in May, having been wobbled in the ninth round of the clash.
Fury is currently preparing for his second fight against Usyk as the two men prepare to run it back once again.
And now, speaking to IFL, the Briton has revealed he’s accepted his defeat – even if he thinks he was wronged the first time around.

“I didn’t think he beat me last time.” he said.
“And I’m damn sure not going to let him ebat me this time.
“I’ve got to knock Usyk out, and I’ll be training for a good knockout…and that’s what I will do.
“It makes sense to do the rematch and get my victory back. I’ve gotten past the point of really caring.
“It probably took that decision to wake me up and give me the type of aggression back where I want to smash someone in.”
Despite Anthony Joshua recently losing to Daniel Dubois, many figures associated with boxing would love to see AJ face Fury.
They have, after all, been the subject of fierce speculation for a number of years.
Yet Fury isn’t paying any attention to a potential bout with Joshua and insists that Usyk is very much his priority as their clash approaches.

“I have somebody who has a win over me,” he continued.
“Who broke me and took my virginity and stole it back to wherever he lives.
“That’s what I’m concerned about. I’m not concerned about Anthony Joshua and what he is doing.
“I’ve got a man holding my balls, let’s just say, for the moment.”

Though Fury has regularly fired shots at Usyk over the past 18 months or so, the two actually have a cordial relationship.
They even met at the recent fight between Joshua and Dubois, with the latter reigning supreme with a stunning performance that saw the contest over inside just five rounds.
And Usyk, speaking that night, opened up on the conversation he had with his rival.

“A little bit [they spoke] yeah. ‘How are you’ blah blah blah,” he told Boxing King Media.
“This is my friend. Of course, he’s like my brother. I too love my London fans.
“When I win the second time with Tyson Fury, I don’t know what’s next, I want to rest with my family.”
