Coldplay recently announced a show-stopping collection of tour dates kicking off in 2025, and they promise to be some of their biggest shows of all time. Taking place at Hull’s Craven Park Stadium and London’s Wembley Stadium, Coldplay are set to play more than ten shows across summer 2025.
The band – who are best known for tracks such as Yellow, Viva la Vida, Fix You and plenty more – will be playing to around 1 million people through August and September 2025. However, despite this monumental amount of tickets, they quickly sold out when they went on sale last weekend.
As a result, fans have been steering away from traditional retailers (Ticketmaster, Live Nation, et al), and instead looking at resale websites. This includes the likes of viagogo, Vivid Seats and StubHub.

These resale websites allow fans to buy and sell tickets at their leisure. They also give fans the power to purchase their ideal tickets, whether that’s front-standing or seats at on the back row.
And, at the time of writing, these websites have an abundance of Coldplay tickets. That includes tickets for their shows in Hull and London.
However, as prices are set by fans, they may be a lot more expensive than one might expect. With that said, here’s the breakdown of how to buy your tickets right now:
viagogo and resale tickets
Sites such as Viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs.
Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale – such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation – to ensure a smooth live event experience. Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk.
With that said, viagogo also commented: “viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the guarantee.”
