Halton Regional Police are asking for help identifying a suspect wanted in several break-and-enters.
In June, police started investigating several break-and-enters in Burlington.
Police say the suspect is wanted for at least five break-and-enters along the Lakeshore area ranging from Aldershot to near Oakville.
Police believe the suspect is wanted for break-ins in the Waterdown area of Hamilton.
The suspect is known to use a bicycle and wears a yellow and orange reflective vest during the alleged break-ins.
He will also carry a newspaper or package to look like he is working, police said.
The suspect will enter unlocked homes but also use tools at locked homes to gain entry, police said.
In some cases, people have been home at the time of the break-in, but there have been no reported injuries.
The suspect is described as a 25- to 35-year-old male with tanned skin.
He has been seen clean-shaven and with short dark facial hair.
He has short black hair, and is about 5-foot-10, with a medium or muscular build.
He has been seen wearing a beige baseball cap with a maple leaf on the centre.
He has also been seen wearing a beige t-shirt with large “Guess” symbol in the middle, a large silver watch on his left wrist, blue shorts, black puma socks, yellow Nike running shoes, and a large grey back pack.
