A single mother arrested in front of her sobbing children Tuesday at Disneyland in California has vowed to tell her side of the story after being accused of allegedly trying to sneak her kids into the popular theme park.

According to multiple reports, Jessenia Diaz, 26, of Torrance, Calif. was filmed being led out of Disneyland in handcuffs by Anaheim police officers as her two crying girls, aged 3 and 4, clung to her. She was arrested for trespassing but released with a citation, police told TMZ, adding that it was allegedly the fourth time in two months she had tried to sneak her kids in.

Still, Diaz posted in a TikTok video that the online blowback from her arrest is “full of lies” and vowed the truth will vindicate her. She also threatened to sue Disneyland over the incident.

“I’ll post the truth I recorded the reason everything posted is full of lies,” Diaz told a commenter on the video, which appeared on her TikTok acount (Diaz.v8).

The video of Diaz being escorted out of Disneyland, billed as the Happiest Place on Earth, went viral shortly after it was posted. According to KTLA, at one point, one of her daughters screams “ayudeme,” Spanish for ‘Help me.”

KTLA reports that Disneyland officials alleged the woman tried to bring her kids into the park without paying and was uncooperative with security, which led to the police being called.

Children under the age of three are allowed into Disneyland for free if they are with a paying guest.
