A royal commentator has claimed that “the writing is on the wall” for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as rumours that the pair have split have been circulating.
The couple, once inseparable, have been spending more time apart in recent weeks, with Harry attending high-profile events without his wife by his side.
Speaking to GB News, Royal journalist Sarah-Louise Robertson said: “I’m concerned, eight days away from Meghan Markle’s grass or class, wherever you want to call it, that to me is this signal.
“It’s just a hop, skip and a jump to splits-ville. As far as I’m concerned, I think the writing’s on the wall.

“He hasn’t looked happy for a while. He didn’t look very happy when he was on that supposed tour in Colombia.
“People have said he looked a bit happier when he was in New York. He was a bit more human? He was humanised on this New York trip.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
“So actually, this New York trip has been a bit more beneficial for Harry because he hasn’t had the worries we’ve not heard of, have a go at the press or go on about security following him.
“You know that last trip to New York where they claimed that they were being hounded by paparazzi, we’ve heard none of this this time.”
Harry’s upcoming solo engagements include a week of high-profile events in New York, where he will appear with an African conservation group and a youth charity named after his late mother, Princess Diana.
He is also scheduled to meet with the Halo Trust, a landmine charity close to Diana’s heart.

Next Monday, the duke will host the WellChild Awards in London, marking another significant event without Meghan by his side.
The Duchess of Sussex has not travelled to the UK since attending Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September 2022.
Royal expert Phil Dampier told The Sun: “It is significant that he is doing so much on his own now. They are living more separate lives as it looks like Harry is trying to carve out what exactly his future is.”
Dampier suggested that Harry may have been “feeling very much like a spare part” and is now seeking “more fulfilling roles for himself”.
The couple’s recent professional separation comes after setbacks in their joint ventures, including being dropped by Spotify.
Harry’s recent solo appearances have become more frequent.
He attended a charity event in California alone after Meghan pulled out due to illness.
The Duke also made a solo trip to England for his uncle’s memorial service.
