A man has admitted to attacking an emergency worker during the riot in Bristol last month. Terrell Morris, 31, has been charged with affray and assaulting an emergency worker following the violent scenes in the city centre on Saturday, August 3.
He admitted the charges at Bristol Magistrates’ Court today (Friday, September 27). Morris, of Horfield, will be sentenced on Friday, October 18.
He is the 42nd person to be charged following the riot in Bristol, while a total of 51 people have been arrested. A number have also been handed jail terms for their involvement in the riot.
