- Alfa Romeo pares the Giulia down to a single trim with available packages for 2025
- There will be a Tributo Italiano available as a limited-edition model
- The Quadrifoglio bowed out at the end of the 2024 model year with a Super Sport Final Edition
Alfa Romeo announced late September that the 2025 Giulia will now be available in Canada in a single trim level with available option packages, along with a limited-production Tributo Italiano edition. That single core trim replaces the previous Sprint, Ti, and Veloce trims.
Available packages are the Veloce, which includes a limited-slip differential, red calipers, and black sport seats; a Driving Assist Package including active driving assist and speed assist; and individual options such as 19-inch wheels, sunroof, red sport seats, and premium interior and sound packages.
The Giulia Tributo Italiano includes 19-inch dark aluminum wheels with red calipers; Veloce rear fascia; sport rear diffuser; dark grille; and Tributo mirror caps. Interior features include a Harmon Kardon premium audio system, aluminum shifter paddles, leather dash, and leather seats with driver’s side memory. Other items are an active suspension, limited-slip differential, and driving assist package.
The Giulia uses a 2.0L turbocharged all-aluminum four-cylinder engine that makes 280 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque, capable of zero-to-100 km/h in 5.1 seconds, and with a top speed of 240 km/h. It’s mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with manual mode and column-mounted aluminum paddle shifters. Driveline choices are rear-wheel-drive (RWD) or all-wheel-drive (AWD).
Standard features include bi-xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights, carbon-fibre driveshaft, flat-bottom steering wheel, leather upholstery, remote starter, and 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster with three layouts including a retro-styled speedometer. Other features include front and rear heated seats, navigation, wireless charger, and auto-dimming rearview mirror.
Pricing for the 2025 Giulia has yet to be announced, but for reference, the 2024 model starts at $59,090. The high-performance V6-powered Quadrifoglio wandered off into the sunset at the end of the 2024 model year, with a limited Super Sport Final Edition model to send it on its way.
