Police in York Region are looking for four suspects following an armed home invasion in Markham.
York Regional Police say officers were called to a residence near Victoria Square Blvd. and Woodbine Ave. on Wednesday around 12:15 a.m. after the victim said as many as four suspects forced their way in and demanded money while pointing firearms at them.
Police say the suspects then fled in a dark-red compact sport utility vehicle with silver roof racks.
The three adults and a child in the home at the time were left uninjured. Investigators believe this is a targeted incident.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or surveillance footage to help solve the case.
