Hundreds of ecstatic fans lined the streets of Coleraine to welcome gold medal winner, Hannah Scott. Proud mum and dad Sharon and Malcolm Scott greeted their daughter at Bann Rowing Club before making their way to the stage at the centre of Coleraine for the special homecoming event. The rower (25) was part of the Team GB quartet that took gold in the Women’s Quadruple Sculls event at this summer’s Olympic Games in Paris. Hannah is the second woman to win gold for Northern Ireland. Dame Mary Peters won gold in 1972.
