Toronto Police have arrested a man with a fully loaded gun in a firearm investigation.

On Saturday, Aug. 3, at 6:30 a.m., police were called to a shooting in the area of Wakunda Place and O’Connor Dr.

Police say a man was driving a vehicle in the area and shot a firearm in the air from his vehicle.

He then fled the scene at a high rate of speed.

Bradley Busch, 24, of Toronto has been charged with driving while under suspension, unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, discharge of a restricted firearm or a prohibited firearm into or at a place, careless use of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition, possession of a weapon, and disobeying court order.

MAN ARRESTED IN TEEN SEX ASSAULT CASE

Toronto Police have arrested a man for sexually assaulting a teen.

On Sunday at 7:50 p.m., police were called to a sexual assault in the area of Front St. and Bay St. after a man approached the victim and sexually assaulted them.

The suspect assaulted the victim with a weapon and damaged the victim’s belongings.

He tried to flee the area but was located and arrested.

Joel David Arseneau, 57, of no fixed address, has been charged with sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, assault with a weapon, assault, mischief/damage to property not exceeding $5,000.
