A 33-year-old Scarborough woman faces charges after a video surfaced which shows a female suspect screaming, trashing shelves and arguing with others at a local Shoppers Drug Mart.

Toronto Police confirmed Monday that officers responded to a call for unknown trouble at the Shoppers in the Danforth-Victoria Park Aves. area last Saturday afternoon, around 2:30 p.m.

Baseera Zare was charged with mischief/damage to property and causing a disturbance. None of the allegations have been tested in court.

Posted to Instagram by @2weelz and shared by @6ixbuzztv, the video shows a woman screaming before  panning to a man who runs down an aisle and tries to hold her.

“Don’t touch me! Leave me alone! Get out of here!” she screams, uttering profanities and struggling with the man, who eventually releases her, while others tell the woman to leave.

“This is my store! Not your store! You stole it from me! I’m calling the cops on you!” the screaming female says to the man.

The female suspect then has a profanity-laced exchange with another woman, also presumably a shopper, before she begins pulling stuff off shelves while screaming: “You stole my boyfriend!”

The video had amassed 2,126 comments, with most expressing concerns about the woman’s mental well-being.

“Why was this necessary to post?” wrote @shila.263 on Instagram. “Clearly she’s having some kind of episode. It’s not newsworthy or entertaining. It’s just wrong to humiliate someone like this for views and likes.”

Others felt sorry for the man.

“Poor guy just wanted to help … he deserves a badge,”  wrote @table4four.nms.
