Pippa and James Matthews could be earning a “six-figure range” with their business deal, a property expert has claimed.

Earlier this year, GB News reported that Pippa, 40, is set to host parties for a set price at her Bucklebury home.

Princess Kate’s younger sister and her hedge-fund billionaire husband have opened their home, Bucklebury Farm Park’s lodge in Berkshire, for parties, events, and Pilates.

In 2020, Pippa and Matthews purchased 72 acres of land in Berkshire for £1.5million.

Four years later, the couple opened the lodge at Bucklebury Farm for social events, including parties and Pilates classes.

Raj Chohan, a former Apprentice candidate and property expert from Golden Key Property, spoke exclusively to GB News to explain how Pippa and Matthews would be profiting from their business deal.

She said: “Revenue from such event spaces can be substantial, especially given the high-profile nature of the owners and the exclusive setting.

“For example, similar venues can charge several thousand pounds per event day.

“If the lodge is booked frequently for various events, the potential annual revenue could easily reach into the six-figure range.

“Additionally, with services like glamping tents available for rent and other amenities, this figure could increase significantly depending on the number of bookings and the types of events held.”

Bucklebury Farm previously confirmed details of the plans on social media and shared photographs of the lodge.

The caption read: “We are so excited to announce you can now book The Lodge (9am-5pm only) for birthday parties, corporate events, yoga sessions, Pilates and so much more.”

The 72-acre rolling fields, which had a “wedding tractor” to celebrate Prince William and Kate’s engagement in 2010, are currently home to a 44-acre deer park, cafe, glamping pods and children’s play area.

Pippa relocated from West London to West Berkshire with her investment banker husband, James Matthews, along with their three children in 2022.

They have set up a home in a £15million mansion which is a 20-minute drive from her parents.

James Matthews and business pals later purchased the 72-acre Bucklebury Park Farm, a stone’s throw from Carole and Michael Middleton, Pippa’s parents.
