Lisburn’s Jonny Campbell held off Mike Browne to win a wet Open Invitation race on the final day of the GO Classic Bike Festival Ireland on Sunday at Bishopscourt Racing Circuit.

Campbell, third in Saturday’s race, was able to keep Irishman Browne at bay on the final lap to take the win on his Magic Bullet Yamaha R1.

Browne was only 0.450 secs behind after the eight-lap race on his IN Competition Aprilia in the rain.

Saturday’s winner Korie McGreevy was absent as McAdoo Racing Kawasaki team owner Winston McAdoo does not allow his machines to be raced on a Sunday. Ryan Gibson finished a distant third on his BMW.

In the Supersport race, Browne made amends for his narrow defeat against McGreevy on Saturday.
