The toughest Canadian restaurants to get a reservation include two in downtown Toronto.

According to restaurant booking agents at U.K. card payment provider Dojo, ranked third is the contemporary French restaurant Alo, which has a two month wait for seating. It is followed by Edulis with a one month wait.

According to Dojo, “Alo opened in July 2015 and has built a highly recommended reputation, so it is recommended to book 2 months in advance to avoid disappointment. The restaurant has thousands of 5-star reviews with diners commenting, ‘Food quality, staff knowledge, service, cocktails, wine, atmosphere is all 5 stars.’”

Meanwhile, Edulis Restaurant’s website describes the eatery as a “cozy locale with a seasonal menu of wild and foraged foods used to create elevated Canadian dishes.”

Leading the top 10 list is the Rossmount Inn near St. Andrews, New Brunswick.

To come up with the list, Dojo searched online reviews on TikTok and wait times by checking on the relevant restaurant websites or through Google reviews.
