It will be a mostly dry but rather cloudy day across Northern Ireland on Monday, although a few brighter spells are likely at times.

Cloud will thicken in the west late afternoon, with some patchy light rain reaching the far west by the end of the day, along with a maximum temperature of 20C.

By Monday evening, it will be cloudy, lingering on into the start of the night. Patchy light rain in the west will die out as it moves east and clear spells will follow later in the night. The minimum temperature will be 8C.

On Tuesday, it will be a dry day – rather cloudy, particularly in the south. However, cloud is likely to break up at times in the north, giving the occasional sunny spell and a maximum temperature of 21C.

The outlook for Wednesday to Friday is dry with light winds on Wednesday, a chance of showers on Thursday and feeling warm in sunny spells. It will turn breezier with outbreaks of rain for a time on Friday.
