An unidentified man is sought after an aggravated assault downtown earlier this month.

Toronto Police said the accused was in the Bloor St. W.-Crawford St. area on July 7 at about 2:30 a.m. when he approached the victim and allegedly assaulted them before fleeing eastbound on Bloor St. W.

The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The accused is described as 5-foot-8, 190-210 pounds, with a medium build, and 35-40 years old.

He was wearing a black t-shirt with “Jagermeister” written on the front, black shorts, and carrying a black/blue backpack.

MAN, 66, ACCUSED OF INDECENT ACT

A 66-year-old man has been charged in connection with an alleged indecent act in the Queens Quay W.-Harbour Square area.

Toronto Police said it’s alleged the victim was walking her dog in the area on July 19 at about 6:35 a.m. when the accused approached her and allegedly exposed his genitals before engaging in sexual behaviour in front of the victim.

Frank Milligan has been arrested and charged with indecent act and fail to comply probation.

Police believe there may be more victims.

2 CHARGED FOR ROBBERY

A man and a woman have been charged in connection with a jewellery store robbery in the Yonge St.-Bloor St. W. area.

Toronto Police say on July 15 at about 4:40 p.m., a male suspect allegedly entered the store and selected a quantity of collectible figurines while a female waited nearby.

The man allegedly produced a large knife and made threats to an employee, exited the store and then fled the area with the female.

On July 21, a search warrant was executed and a stolen figurine and other items of evidentiary value related to the investigation were seized.

Police say both suspects are also now charged for several unrelated retail store thefts.

Bradley Robinson, 39, of Toronto, faces a total of 12 charges including two counts each of disguise with intent, theft under, and fail to comply.

Carrie Fiorillo, 44, of Toronto, faces four charges including two counts of theft under.

INFO SOUGHT AFTER HAMILTON CRASH

Hamilton Police are asking for the public’s assistance in providing any information after a two-vehicle crash.

Cops said the incident happened at 1 p.m. on Sunday on Upper James St. between Dickenson Rd. E. and English Church Rd. E.

Police said an 86-year-old from Hamilton and her 59-year-old daughter were in a 2010 Hyundai Elantra traveling southbound on Upper James St. when it was rear-ended by a 2016 Honda Civic driven by a 24-year-old Hagersville man.

Authorities say both vehicles came to rest on the west shoulder of Upper James St. and all three people involved in the collision were transported to hospital.

The 86-year-old driver suffered life-threatening injuries, while the 59-year-old passenger and the 24-year-old driver have serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
