While Paige VanZant has her eyes on the prize, her fans on Instagram can’t keep their eyes off her training outfits.

The former UFC star who now competes in PowerSlap showed off a recent training session with husband Austin Vanderford on Instagram.

VanZant, who never has been afraid to show off her physique, is rocking a neon green bikini while her MMA fighter hubby wallops her with a pool noodle.

After taking a solid shot to her face – well, as solid as they come with a pool noodle – VanZant gives a big laugh back at Vanderford, who sports an 11-2 record in MMA.

VanZant competed in the world’s biggest MMA circuit from 2013-2020 and recently has appeared in All Elite Wrestling and Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, but recently made her debut in PowerSlap – which is run by UFC president Dana White.

She scored a victory over Christine Wolmarans at PowerSlap 8 earlier this month, but was accused of flinching during the bout, which is against the competition’s rules.

While VanZant doesn’t have a follow-up fight currently lined up, this training video surely signals she is ready for another go in the arena.

She also shared another training video to show off her impressive core strength while sporting another teeny bikini.

Donning an American-flag themed two-piece, VanZant leaps to wrap her legs around a punching bag before performing situps from a full-hang position. Vanderford can be seen in the background working on his ground-and-pound.

The couple is clearly enjoying the outdoor activity and having a good time, which makes sense after VanZant’s recent comments saying that fighting now is “just a hobby.

Despite the fame she garnered from competing in combat sports, VanZant has found much more success as a model on social media and especially on OnlyFans.

“Fighting, I have to understand now, is just a hobby. It’s my part-time job,” she told TMZ. “I have to realize that OnlyFans is what’s providing everything for me.

“There’s a lot of things I would do to provide and support for my family,” she added. “I would kill for my family. This is much less than that.”

Last year, VanZant made waves on social media when she revealed that she makes more money in a day on OnlyFans than she did in her entire UFC career.
