An Adele candlelight concert is heading to Bristol for one night only. The magical evening will see a classical string quartet play the pop star’s popular songs under the gentle glow of candlelight.
The 36-year-old from London released her debut album 19 in 2008 which included her top singles Chasing Pavements and Make You Feel My Love. Since then, the singer has had over 72 million album sales and more than 100 million in album equivalent units worldwide across four studio albums.
This unique candlelight experience will take place at the St Mary Redcliffe Church. The venue is a magnificent Gothic church that has acted as the main host of candlelight concerts in Bristol which sees iconic music from legendary artists such as Taylor Swift, The Beatles, Coldplay, and ABBA being recreated by a magnificent orchestra.

The concert will take place on Saturday, 17 August, at 9pm, with a run time of 60 minutes. Tickets cost £9 for a restricted view and between £15 and £35 for a seated ticket depending on which zone you pick. Specific seating is assigned on a first come first served basis in each zone.
The event organisers, Candlelight Concerts by Fever, have described the experience: “Candlelight Concerts are a series of original music concerts created by Fever aimed at democratizing access to classical music by allowing people all over the world to enjoy live music candlelit performances played by local musicians in various stunning locations illuminated by thousands of candles.
“This multi-sensory experience has also evolved to feature different elements, such as ballet dancers or aerial performers, as well as other genres, such as jazz, soul, opera, flamenco and more. Candlelight Concerts are present in more than 100 cities worldwide, with over 3 Million guests in attendance to date.”
